I also wanted to tell you that I finished "One Last Chance" and found it to be most delightful. It is very much like your other books in some ways, but unlike them in other ways. I can see your growth as a writer in this book, as well as your sensitivity. I was actually brought to tears reading one part, which is rare for me. I thought it was thoroughly wonderful and I congratulate you on it. You really are a very fine writer, and I love your imagination. E. Liddiard
I just finished One Last Chance and it was amazing. I will read it again to search anything I missed. I am patiently waiting for your next book. I have read all the others except one. Thank you for the great stories you tell. What are you working on now? Thank You, F. Davis
To Covenant: I have never sent an e-mail like this before, but we, my family, father, sons, wife, etc have all listened to Brother Borrowman’s stories on Audio and have thoroughly enjoyed them and we have just finished One Last Chance. It was OUTSTANDING. We just wanted to thank the author for such a well written, beautifully told story and we would recommend a sequel. We hope he might consider that. We would certainly support his effort by buying a sequel. Thanks again, J. Russell
My name is T. Birch and I first started reading your books last summer when I came home from my mission. 'Til the Boys Come Home was an amazing book and I loved the whole series. I will admit that I didn't like how the characters you get attached to always have troubles but as I thought about it you have captured what real life is like. Eventually we are all going to die so we can't really stop that from happening. I liked how you made the endings still fairly happy though. Dan and his father Frank where able to get fairly close before he died. The ending in Home Again at Last was very touching. I read the part where Phillip visits the cemetery this past memorial day and I thought that it was quite fitting for that time of year. I loved the biographies that you did with Rudi Wobbe, Joseph Banks, and Bernie Fisher, as well. I love to read history books and yours made that time period come more alive for me than some other books I have read. One Last Chance was an amazing book. I felt like I could relate to Artie throughout the whole book. The conversation he had with Ray after almost stealing the cuff links made me think about what kind of person I want to be and I thank you for that. The most emotional part for me in this book was after Artie was rescued by Ray and then Ray has ...(we don't want to give away an important part of the story) ...I have felt the same way at times. I don't mean to bore you with all this rambling on but I want you to know that I really enjoy all your books and I can't wait for the next one. Thanks for you great stories and good luck with any other novels you are working on. Sincerely, T. Birch
I just finished reading ONE LAST CHANCE. I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN. Great story; great characters; I am a FAN!!!!. Keep the books coming. It is so refreshing to read good, clean books as yours. You are very talented. I wish you the best as you continue to write. I am now giving the book to Rick to read. Sincerely, A. Reynolds
I love your books. I have each of them in my bookcase. I have just finished reading your latest, One Last Chance. It was great! I particularly like the way that you develop the characters in your books. It's really hard to put your books down. It is like the reader becomes part of the story and the characters are your family and friends. I hate to see the books end. I also enjoy the story settings. My roots are also from Eastern Idaho. I was born in Pocatello and my mother's family are from Teton Basin and the St. Anthony area. I remember many good times at those places back in the 1950s. Please do not stop writing. A loyal reader, R. Peck
